As a company that values its customers, we strive to provide you with an experience that makes you feel confident in your purchase.  We hope your selection brings you many years of enjoyment.

Online purchase returns are accepted for credit or exchanges only.  All returned item(s) must have all original packaging and collateral material and postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date, accompanied by the original sales invoice. 

Gift Recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit.

Upon receiving your return, the item and collateral material will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department.
Once we have received your returned item and it is accepted, your credit or exchange will be processed in just a few days.
Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Special ordered or custom made item(s) and resized or engraved items may not be returned.

Please note that if for some reason you want to return an item(s) because this is not what you expected, you are responsible for all shipping costs.
